Commercial infrastructure
Commercial projects run against a general contractor's schedule, and low voltage is usually asked to be flexible when other trades slip. We plan rough-in and trim-out sequencing with the GC, keep pace with the drywall, and hand over a tested and labeled plant at closeout rather than a punch list.
Tenant improvements, floor expansions and full building infrastructure all follow the same delivery: design, install, test, label, document.
